- 1 Baguettine Céréales & Graines
- 60g de sauce pomme cannelle
- 35g de roquefort
- 15g de pain d'épices
- 10g de noix
- 10g de raisins noirs frais
- 10g de raisins blancs frais
- 1 poire au sirop
- Endives rouges carmine
Preparation steps
- Cut the slices of pear to average thickness.
- Crumble the Roquefort. Make small cubes of gingerbread and cut the grapes in half.
- Cut the Cereals and Seeds Half-baguette in 2/3.
- Fill the sandwich, starting with the sauce, the chicory, the pears and the rest of the ingredients, finishing with the walnuts and the gingerbread cubes.
Chef's tip
Cinnamon apple sauce : mix together 20g of mascarpone, 10g of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, 5g of acacia honey, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon and 10g of finely grated Granny Smith apples.
